We have picked up quite a few resources in our time setting up and operating vacation rental properties. We love to transform spaces into ideal vacation getaways. We have all of the connections from furniture vendors to hot tub manufacturers, everything you need to have a listing that will attract great bookings.

Entertainment

While we hope that your main goal in staying with us is to explore all that our great city has to offer, we also want you to have a great time within the walls of our listings. Most of our properties are equipped with huge 4K HDR HDTVs with plenty of channel options.

Hot Tubs

Traveling is an opportunity to relax. We believe that relaxing is better in hot water. Most of our properties are equipped with top of the line, locally manufactured, Bullfrog Spas. Additionally, two of our properties have both spas and saunas for taking relaxation to the next level.

Character

We know that you have a huge number of options when booking a place to stay. We strive to offer you experiences that are truly unique. Many of our listings are equipped with free play pinball machines. Many have stunning views and outdoor spaces. All of them are meticulously designed for comfort.

All of our properties provide unparalleled access to adventure. Our city is known for its natural beauty, quick access to the mountains, and a booming local economy that provides many excuses to mix work and play.

We have dedicated our lives to building authentic community. This is why we are pleased to offer such great spaces for short term rental, which is so conducive to building authentic community. We are also excited to partner with anyone that needs to buy a home, sell a home, or invest in Real Estate.

We met while we were both living in Pasadena, CA. (where Courtney grew up). We decided to shake things up a bit and move to Madrid, Spain. We were lucky enough to visit 14 countries in 14 months! We visited many of these countries by booking AirBnb listings. We moved back to Utah (where Brian grew up) in 2013 when we were pregnant with our first child… now we have 4!

We fell in love with the short term rental concept and decided to bring it with us to Utah! We look forward to showing you the highest level of hospitality!
