Wonderful neighborhood of newer houses close to I-15 and central in the valley. Easy travel to anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley. Great access to mountains, downtown, and the airport. Ubering is possible but a rental car is recommended.

Everything you see in the home is for the private use of the guest except the garage. You may use the garage but the owner will occasionally walk from his garage through the Airbnb garage, into the basement unit. The owner has a separate entrance and a separate garage. The owner lives in the basement and accesses the basement through the garage. Backyard is fenced. Pets must be kept outside or in a kennel if they are not home with their pets. Pets must not be allowed on the furniture. Though we do everything in our power to keep our amenities fully functioning, they can, as most things do, breakdown. We cannot predict when that happens and therefore we are not obligated to refund any money due to non-working amenities (hot tub, pinball etc.). If this occurs, we will make every effort to get the problem solved in a timely manner – this may or may not occur during your stay.
