There is so much to love about this historic house it is start to know where to begin. The epic porch stoop & view lead you to a formal entry, then open up to a large living room with fireplace and great views. Next you have formal dining and another, more beautiful hearth. From there you are free to explore the modern chef’s kitchen complete with double ovens and all pro quality appliances. Attached to the kitchen is a mud room that leads to the back yard garden & new hot tub. adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom and a bathroom with a claw foot standing tub. Circling back around to the entryway is a large flex room, study. All of the rooms on the main level are large and have soaring ceilings filled with natural light from large windows. Moving upstairs … There are three bedrooms (Including a sprawling master), and additional bathroom, and a laundry room. The views upstairs are wonderful but especially in the master where the views seem to be endless from the Wasatch range and morning light of the east to the last colored light of the sun as it sets behind the Oquirrh mountain range to the west. With expansive Wasatch, Oquirrh & downtown views, this spacious Victorian is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in SLC. Great porch, unreal views in the master, with a sweet shop and a brew pub just through the alley. An quick walk to City Creek Canyon, Memory Grove Park, excellent restaurants, a grocery store, and numerous hike/bike trails. A 15-20 minute stroll to downtown or the state capitol building. Oozing w/historic character, yet updated.

There is a 100% separate mother in law unit under the house (basement). There is no access from either unit to the other. Though we do everything in our power to keep our hot tub running and ready for guests, we can’t predict when a random issue will occur. We are not liable for returning money if something occurs. All rooms have air conditioning. The back bedroom is cooled with a portable AC unit. Thirty day minimum. Strict policy on noise, particularly while in the hot tub or outside. This is a quiet neighborhood, we want to be respectful of our lovely neighbors.
